General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

Cozy Corner Concierge offers operational support services for owners of seasonal rental properties.

Services may include, but are not limited to:
• Ad optimization
• Preparing the accommodation before the arrival of travelers
• Coordination of housekeeping and laundry
• Welcoming travelers
• Assistance during your stay
• Coordination with external service providers

Cozy Corner Concierge does not carry out any regulated property management activities and does not collect any rent on behalf of owners.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are provided upon request and are subject to a personalized quote.
All services are subject to prior validation by the client.
Invoices are payable according to the terms indicated on the quote.

3. Responsibilities

The owner remains solely responsible for the accommodation, its regulatory compliance and the necessary insurance.
Cozy Corner Concierge acts solely as a service provider.

4. Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing.
Services already rendered will still be due.

5. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution as a priority before any legal proceedings.
